I wonder, though, if SaaS really puts more power in the hands of the customer/user; if a SaaS or PaaS provider goes down, all the clients are down as well. If the price goes up, there's little the user can do about it, short of swapping providers. <BR/><BR/>With SaaS, we sacrifice independence for flexibility.
